My issue was the louvers came damaged from shipping first bad packaging for something fragile than bad shipping company. First contact with seller his answer was for me to repair the product (I bought something new and I have to repair it?) Well the damaged it can't be repaired and the picture i send to them shows both damaged and than seller trying to say only one was damaged well get your glasses on like I do to look at pics still not fix issue!!
