Within a couple of months, with little use. the combined unit -head and tailgate] no longer too the charge. I went in person to the gift shop and also e mailed a supposed manager... no one ever got back to me. Buying it again at nearly half the cost-- and in a very pleasant circumstance-- has felt like a gift!
