He immediately offered to rectify the problem and sent me a new unit even before I had sent the original back. I received the replacement today in perfect condition. This seller has flawless and totally reliable customer service. Do not hesitate to deal with him.

Also, the remote looks slightly different than the photos because there is a Prime Video shortcut button rather than the HULU shortcut button. The contents of the package appear to be undamaged and new though. Was shipped in a soft plastic mailing bag (not in a solid shipping box) which (apparently combined with careless Postal Service handling) resulted in the damage to the ROKU package.
