It was packed well and survived the horrors of shipping. When it arrived it was scratched up as I had expected from the pictures. One lever was tight and the other was loose in the housing. When I disassembled one of the shifters the screw broke in the special nut. It took only a little force for this to happen. I know this special nut is right hand threaded and I have a tool for it.

This sprocket replaced a worn Shimano sprocket in a single coaster brake BMX style bike with Shimano CB-E110 coaster brake hub. It is a rugged, thick sprocket compared to the Shimano sprocket.
