Definitely a poor quality print, and the image was likely stretched to fit something this size. Maybe missing some printer ink, as this seems to have been done on their home printer and slapped on a dollar store candle, with poor image editing skills as well. Not worth $25; closer to $3-$5 at a flea market. See in the pictures, even the sellers name tag is VERY pixelated. These candles are handcrafted—not mass-produced—so every now and then, a print may slip past my (very real, non-pixelated) eyes. If you'd given me a chance to make it right, I absolutely would’ve done so. You asked what would make me satisfied: not shipping items of poor quality and ripping people off. It was worth the ~$25 to leave the feedback as is.
