    Ok. Im going to break this down. Seller is good, would have been great if he had not post a false tracking number initially. This created a bit of confusion on my end. Shipping cost i gave a 4 stars due to the item being shipped in two seperate packages with 2 different shipping waybill numbers causing me to have to pay an additional tariff fee. Now, with that being said, he did refund me the additional tariff fee. Overall in give him a positive rating. He is quick to return messages.
