Now I have tested both heads and they are damaged, but I have explained to the seller that they are replacements and I cannot test them upon receiving them, and a month has passed, so he does not want to exchange or refund. I think it is unfair because he knows that I cannot test the heads upon receiving them because they get clogged.

I set seller a message letting them know I received the wrong item. They responded with they would look into it. After a week I set them another message, no response. After about 2 weeks I sent another message letting them know I would really like the headset I ordered. Their response was to send me a return label which I received a refund minus shipping. Hoped for better.
