      I had ordered this sweater on September 30th. I waited for quite a while before contacting the seller who said that they would investigate the issue. Then nothing. No communication for a week. I decided that the seller must have either changed their mind to sell it to me, lost the item or maybe sold it to someone else(!!??) So I felt that asking for a refund was in order which they did. I'm really disappointed - I really liked the sweater and would rather have had it.
