Contacted the seller for a refund and they refused. Very poor customer service and very poor product. I bought the shirt for me but I don't even think it would fit on my neighbor's poodle if I offered it to them. However, the buyer insisted on keeping the shirt and demanded a refund without returning it. When I declined, they threatened to leave negative feedback, which they’ve now done. The size chart was clearly listed in the item description and followed for this order. I always try to resolve issues fairly, but I can’t offer free products in exchange for avoiding bad feedback.
