I have never experienced issues with RM; delays consistently come from bookshops that “sell first, stock later” while withholding tracking information. This is abusive, predatory conduct and should be avoided on principle. They didn't get a negative because they managed to meet the 2nd deadline given to them by the case opened with eBay, although still had to be nudged to get an update.
