The title of this listing says "Ford" and the description explains the OE/OEM part number etc but they are not Ford nor are they OEM. I wouldn't put this on my car if you paid me. There are absolutely NO discrepancies in the description. No, it was NOT listed as OEM and the word "Ford" is just referencing that they are for a Ford vehicle. It is VERY obvious by the pictures that the filters are not OEM, and even the brand name in the details says they are made by GEATaat, NOT Ford.
