I contacted them when I saw it was damaged, they responded quickly and asked for a photo. I sent them this and they then got back in touch quickly to offer a refund, which they did straight away. The foil had been good quality and value, it was just unfortunate that it had been damaged in transit. But the subsequent response gives full confidence in this seller.
