My rug was listed as excellent with natural wear and tear signs . More like just tears. I stopped counting all of the scars in the rug, some which tore all the way through the rug, after 8 of them. There is NO way the seller did not know about these, yet they are are completely undisclosed. A couple of days after I emailed the seller about my issue he did contact me. He has refunded my order in full. Thus, I am revising my rating from 1 to 3. 3 for inaccurate and misleading item description.
