    Item was damaged and does not work as advertised by seller. Contacted seller and reply was rude and insulting. I was respectful and gave feedback as a customer should do. eBay supports the seller and buyers are not respected or treated fairly. I’ll never buy here again.

    This is all incorrect. Buyer says I was rude and insulting. Wrong. The buyer's initial contact with me accused me of being dishonest, which I merely replied that I resented, as I have always maintained complete accuracy, integrity, and honesty in my listings. As for the item not working as advertised, wrong again. The item was exactly as described and as shown in numerous photos. It is an old, rusty, outdoor kerosene railroad lantern. Nowhere did I say or imply that it was actually working.
