I received one that is used, broken, and even has someone else’s hair on it. If we ordered it new and unused, it’s because I wanted it completely new. Don’t you think so? If I had wanted it used, I would have bought it used and saved myself about 40 bucks. In short—don’t trust this one. Terrible quality.
