With these three combined, my iPhone charges ~2x faster and syncs with iTunes at ~1.5x faster than the OEM Apple cord or even the nice braided cable I purchased ages ago. I tested them multiple times over the course of a week and recorded my results to eliminate bias. I assumed using 2 adapters would result in reduced performance, but I suppose it only proves the cables Apple gives us are trash.
