The seller described the mics as being brand new and featuring original packaging and contents like at a store front. That was misleading. The product shipped in generic brown box. It was difficult to say whether my purchase was a new item or refurbished. Also the package didn't include any of the new box items they said it would have. No instructions, no registration or warranty card. No upc. Why advertise this as new when its not?
