Reverse design slightly incorrect for the year, date should be at bottom and eagle tail should not be flared. Edge lacks reeding. Coin slightly magnetic, maybe some sort of stainless steel or nickel alloy. Strike quality not bad, fuzzy soft edges typical of a reproduction. Delivery from China was prompt and seller had good communication.
