      BUYER BEWARE! Seller has a low rating for a reason. The item listed and the item that arrived were not the same. I ordered a 48 sq ft pool filter grid and received a 60 sq ft pool grid set. The seller was non-responive when trying to resolve issue which made returning a hassle. Seller was not even willing to fix the issue. Now I have to send time returning it. When the packaged arrived should have been my first clue. Package was not well packed. I will pick sellers with better rate next time.

      Received my item, the box was pretty beat up. There we no labels to indicate that the package contained a fragile glass UV bulb. Upon inspection of each item in the package I quickly found that the bulb was completely shattered. Additionally, the product description states that open box items have been inspected and should be in working oeder and that the picture reflects the actual item, "not a stock photo"; that is a false. Emailed seller but no response. Replacement bulb will cost $80-130.
