    Seller cancelled order because of "defective items". That's ok, no problem. My issue is that the reason showing up on my ebay account is "buyer cancelled the order". I DID NOT CANCEL. I was unable to contact ebay about this and their AI declined my issue immediately. I'm not sure if this is seller fault or ebay issue but this doesn't feel right.
