    Item does not match the description; also described in the specs as TSW1060 Arrived as TSS10-BS: for those who know Crestron they are completely different products!! 100% refund requested, seller only partially refunds. For an error of this kind the seller usually refunds in full without discussion and apologizes to the customer. And maybe you even get a positive fbk for the seriousness shown. It's not the unrecognized 30 dollars but the seller's behavior!
