This item "may" have been "BRAND NEW" (as described in the description) at one time, but it wasn't when I received it. If you "magnify" some of the areas (back Jacket Cover tear), you can see the photos taken by the seller even showed damage to the book before I received it. "IF", more damage was caused by shipping, then apparently the seller didn't ship/wrap the book properly, to ensure the buyer received it in "BRAND NEW" condition.
