Some wear and marks to the cover with some loss of leather from the book spine and the back board. The boards are held on only via the binding threads with the leather split as shown in the photographs. The endpapers are split in the hinge region and have some stains and other marks. The front preliminary page is practically detached but binding of other pages intact. There is a bookplate attached to the inside of the front cover. The name of the author is handwritten on the title page. Occasional small marks but most pages look clean. The name label on the book spine is very worn and difficult to read.”
