They sold an item they didn't actually have available (only found out after it didn't arrive on time), then delayed waiting for item to arrive to them, delayed in post, when it did arrive, the item was not as pictured, then waited 6 days for the return label, and then additional 3 days for refund. Very friendly to talk to, but overall, a poor experience.
