When I received the clock and opened the box the dogs paw was broken and when I reached out to them, they never responded (I’m still waiting) I’m thinking they put to much newspaper when packing and that put to much pressure on the clock and the paw snapped off ( nothing a little super glue can’t fix, I guess). I did have to clean it couple times w/some Windex cuz it was really dusty.
