It was my first Louis Vuitton handbag, it came packed well in a box and shipped on time and everything went smooth, I love my Speedy, Thank you for excellent service!
It was folder very strangely, but I realized this is how you fold up a speedy, it was neat. I did have to pay duty, taxes, and more shipping to come from Japan to US and then to Canada. Approx $40 Canadian more than I thought, but I expected something extra. The only hard part was waiting for ups and to pay upfront for delivery.
