This customer left negative feedback without going through the normal INRd with ebay. Nor did he contact the seller This customer did not receive his order as Royal Mail could not get a reply, and collection requests were not acted upon. Despite repeated requests to act on communications sent by me and requests by Royal mail, the item was RTS.
I NOW HAVE THE ITEM, but I need the buyer to agree to pay return postage or is happy for me to pay it, but I have had no replies to repeated messages.
