Had to clean up the contacts to make it work. I had to buy a charger adapter to fit the case but it will charge with a wireless charger, which I do have. So you do have to open the case to turn off your alarm and answer and make calls. You can talk and hear with the case closed. I like the case, just has a learning curve.
