My item shipped fast and arrived quickly. It was packaged neatly in a box that was easily opened by hand. The condition was listed as new, but I'm not sure how long it's been sitting on a shelf as it is a lithium ion battery and does not charge to 100 percent and drains faster than I would like. I'm still going to give this transaction four out of five stars.
