Item received pretty quickly and the instructions provided by the seller were super clear and helpful. The bag was carefully placed in its dust bag and wrapped in bubble wrap and air cushions. Extra attention was paid to the bag's hardware, with the strap's snap hooks protected from scratching. I would definitely recommend this seller!
