As for the disc being scratched. All of the DVDs I sell are professionally cleaned before its mailed out. If this was an issue, why did you not take advantage of the free returns so that you could get your money back? This is the drawback when dealing with newbies to ebay. They don't know the process. They lack communication and don't give the seller to clear things
