The ordering process was straight forward and delivery of the product was timely. The box came very worn looking, with lot's of exterior tape added to hold it all together. However I knew I was paying for an open box and hoped all the parts would be there. There was no manual to refer to so I got on youtube to see how to assemble the cultivator. Almost imediately I noticed that the packet of parts to assemble the tines and wheels was missing. So now I am stuck getting my garden tilled.
