Lighter faulty

I am literally blighted by imbeciles. Yes. The lighter was faulty. And as soon as this was pointed out, I refunded the buyer and told him (or her……..though I can’t believe a woman would be this stupid) to keep it and/or dispose of it. If you buy an item and for whatever reason find it unsatisfactory. And then you are immediately refunded. Is that a negative experience or a positive one? I suspect that depends on whether you’re a halfwit or not. I’ll leave everyone else to decide which you are.
