It has some fraying/chipping to the painted leather cover, particularly on the bottom edges of the cover, spine, and back cover. There is a bit of general wear to the Gilded page address. There are some spots where the gold coloring seems to have been rubbed away or faded. There’s also a bit of scratching on the pages.There’s also some damage to the ribbon. Particularly at the very end where it looks a little threadbare in a couple tiny spots, and the bottom has frayed a little, but was previously sealed to prevent further fraying.The pages of the book all look really great. There is no writing, highlighting, or other marks inside the book. The binding is well capped. There are no bent pages. And overall it looks really good.I took many photos of this book from different angles, so that you can see exactly what you were getting.
