The product received was as advertised and I am happy with my purchase. However I was over charged $21 for the cost of shipping and my inquiry into this issue has not been responded to. Per the quote received from UPS for the 20lb package dimensions 25,20,13 shipping cost should have been $115.00 and not the $136.00 I was charged when purchased.

Buyer submitted a best offer and purchased this item for $50 under the purchase price. Additionally, large items require substantial time and materials to package. Shipping prices are often not perfect estimates, however, for the sake of smooth and transparent business practices, I have to insist that all negotiations are done up front and prior to purchase, especially when a best offer is being accepted.
