    The dropper arrived with the internal cable broken. The staff at rideready-parts were fantastic at getting me a new cable. Unfortunately the reason for the cable breaking was that there were no hole for the cable to go through so the cable was wedged between the end cap and the tube, hence why the cable broke in the place. Since I had messed with the post I could not return it.
