The item received a tracking number 3 days after purchase, but post office didn't receive the until 8 days after purchase. Getting a tracking number, doesn't mean the item was shipped. I did receive the item 10 days after purchase, but that's a long time for someone in the same state as I do. It also takes them a while to respond to emails, but they do finally respond after a couple of tries.
