Das mag ja sein, trotzdem stehe ich da mit dem falschen/ gar kein Produkt. Und darauf das es auch das falsche gewesen ist wird gar nicht eingegangen. After checking and we couldnt see the box clearly enough with the product in, I told you I would refund you as per your request. PayPal didnt have to refund you because we did. I know this is not what you wanted but to lie and make out you were treated poorly is unacceptable. In this circumstance what more could we have done to please you?
