Die Puppe sowie die Unterwäsche der Puppe waren durch das Kleid verfärbt. Das geht gar nicht. Von einer Puppe von Paola Reina bin ich solch eine schlechte Qualität nicht gewohnt.
Der Verkäufer wollte mir unbedingt eine neue Puppe schicken. Das macht keinen Sinn weil das Kleid sehr wahrscheinlich wieder abgefärbt hätte. Erst nachdem ich eBay eingeschaltet habe akzeptierte der Verkäufer die Rücksendung. Vor 12 Tagen habe ich den Artikel zurückgeschickt. Bis jetzt keine Rückzahlung

We sent the Doll in a sealed box, so we capuld not know that it had a defect. You asked to return it, and we sent you a label to ship it back to us. You were completely refund, so why the negative feedback? 1. We had no way to know the item had a problem 2. We always answered within few hours to your messages 3. You had 100% your money back. So why the negative feedback?
