    This is a very small book. It is actually a speech general Butler gave during the 1930's. Most people have heard of President Eisenhower warning about the military/industrial complex. 20 years before Eisenhower gave that warning, General Butler gave the same warning. Butler actually gave example after example of huge financial military waste, (mostly during WW1). This book is a true eye-opener.
