nice laptop and reponsive, the battery was charged up to 100% but within 5 minutes use it was down to 88% so battery may require a new one or a quick boost as it was totally flat on arrival, other than this laptop is excellent, thank you for quick delivery would recommend to all

The Buyer notified us there was a problem with the battery, such is the nature of used equipment sometimes, but we immediately offered to purchase a battery and send it to him without delay to resolve the issue. But the Buyer did not want this and said he wanted to return the machine, which we were happy to accept, he returned and we immediately refunded without issue. Buyer has previously purchased from us with good feedback, so disappointed they felt the need to give negative now.
