Static bag had a second static warning seal over top of the original so it may have been opened at some point. The card showed no signs of being used. Came with Config Utility 8.15.00.00 from 11/6/2014 and HBA FW 7.00.01.00-IT. 4 new cables each in a resealable bag. Card in static bag and bubble wrap. Ordered 5/3, label created 5/4, didn't actually arrive at USPS until 5/7. But still delivered within the original window. Installed and working. A+
