Buyer received a full and prompt refund including all shipping charges. I wasn’t going to mention it but since we are now nitpicking it was lucky the other bows didn’t also get damaged as they were just thrown in the return shipping box with no care whatsoever.

Feel like l have been involved in some jest.
Shipping was inflated for a single SV item order....no because it was put inside a box that could accommodate 60 views.
The waste space was filled with foam peanuts with the view in bubble wrap.
Not impressed as Spanish Customs also wanted a look as well, maybe triggered by declaration in item description "Russia ".
Have now received order after completing paperwork and cost of registered mail to Madrid Customs office.
Not worth doing again.

I took extra care in packaging the item for an international delivery…if I didn’t pack it well and it got damaged I’d be at fault too I suppose. I have no control over Spanish Custom’s, I just print the shipping label directly from the listing, I didn’t add the word Russia or anything else.
