The price is comparable to other pants of this quality and construction. They almost look dressy and would fit well in a number of dress codes. I think the waist size seems a bit tight, but maybe I just ate too much in anticipation or receiving them. I would purchase again. And yes they were new, with tags. Nice pants. The shipping time drug on but that was because of the USPS.
