    The return label was sent to you by us. As for the original packaging depending on the damage they (postal service) do not accept the box than you have to get your own box. Which you never mentioned to us. The negative feedback is a bit unfair considering we immediately refunded you as soon as the item was returned and apologized for the inconvenience before hand. We did not once neglect you a return or refund. We are sorry you have a difficult time with the USPS but from our end we did our part
