Unfortunately the item did not work as mentioned. After going back and forth providing pictures and emails. The seller did take the item back. I ended up paying the return shipping for something that was not as described. I never got the full amount I pay for the item due to the return shipping cost. All though the shipping was not costly, I feel that I should’ve not paid for the return shipping. Seller was given many chances to make things right. But never do so.

You were charged shipping by ebay, not me. This was due to the reason you selected during the return request. I gave a full refund, the shipping was deducted by ebay, and was not in my control. Also, you never sent a single message about the charge, so I'm uncertain as to how you think I ignored several chances to make it right. The return was accepted same day, and the refund issued the day the item was received back. There was nothing more I could do.
