Not as described! Or resembling a sanding Block? Nothing like picture? This resembles something that represents a free sample? Cost £6.30 have not received paid return details just an address in China? Not happy I would like a full refund & a proper return label/ or scan code? This was paid for through eBay on my MasterCard I will be notifying them as not as described ! if I don’t get a proper return label for a refund!
