Received mini helmet in a timely manner. Problem, the COA, was for A. Hutchinson. It was suppose to be for David Montgomery. The seller said he obtained it from one of his reputable sources but failed to verify the COA. Seller was willing to offer a full refund. I asked that the seller look into it and obtain the correct COA if possible. So, I am waiting to see if the seller can obtain a COA.
