My reason for neutral rating is due to USPS. Item delivered to USPS and was not accepted until 10 days later. Once I contacted seller 2 days after original delivery date, USPS accepts package and gets it moving!
2 weeks after purchase I finally received it!
Very happy with the manual and appreciate seller jumping in to find out what happened! Again my problem is with USPS!!
