The portable hanging neck fan has good airflow, but it doesn't go around the entire neck, didn't notice this at first. Also has a bit of a tendency to open out when exercising so sometimes falls out if your not paying attention. Still a good unit though, since it outputs a good amount of air compared to others I've tried.
